As home buyers we are all looking for an affordable-house-plan to match our budget. It's very difficult to find an economical home in our modern day because even the most modest designs become expensive to build after the inspectors swoop in and make us jump through all their hoops.

It's important to create a budget and stick to it. Sometimes we want things we can't afford and if we go ahead and buy them, out future is a little less financially secure.
