decorators-designer-interior for baths and bathrooms

baths

Baths and Bathrooms have become the main focus of decorators-designer-interior plans. That's because beautiful baths and comfortable bathrooms make the sale to prospective buyers.

For some reason, extra fancy bathrooms don't necessarily make the home a lot more valuable, but it makes the home more sellable.

Many bathrooms now have jetted baths of all kinds. The tile work used on many baths is beautiful and incredibly durable.

As far as showers, there seems to be a trend for doorless showers. They are easier to keep clean, but it takes a lot more tile because doorless showers have extra walls.

The tile installation can be quite expensive too. I love to work with tile and encourage everyone to give it a try. It's not as hard as it looks.

A few other things to remember about jetted baths, is that they need special water lines that are bigger so the bath can fill up quicker.

Most electrical codes state that baths with pumps need to be wired with a dedicated 20-amp circuit. I don't know all the reasons for this, but it's easy to run a separate line to the jetted bath.
