Design-interior-style for different rooms

A design-interior-style takes many forms. With interior furniture, lighting, flooring, wallpaper and paint, we get many wonderful interior designs to choose from.

In our modern day there are so many wonderful and fun interior designs to choose. I have gone through many different designs and have thrown away the expensive plans. We are trying to build economical homes that have value, but we're also trying to do it on a budget.

Many of these plans look expensive, but if a homeowner can do some or most of the work, the cost can be very low. A valuable design-interior-style can be attained if we just follow a few rules. These rules were made by all of us. As we change so do our homes.

There are a few points that I should bring up about interior planning. Homes are not like they used to be because people are not like they used to be.

A few decades back, people had to rely on other people for survival. Traditional homes had a small kitchen, but a fairly large Dining room. Families were bigger and they sat around a table and talked while they ate.

Those homes usually had a Living room or a Salon or Parlor to meet with guests on a daily basis. Indoor plumbing was so new that most homes only had one bathroom and that was a luxury.

Few homes had laundry rooms and even fewer homes had offices. Bedrooms were small and usually had several kids in each.

Modern homes are very different now. Many are being built without Living rooms because the only visitors we ever get is usually family and close friends, so everybody is content in the Family room.

Family rooms are much larger than they used to be partially because we have more stuff to put in the them, but also because we are merging Living rooms and Family rooms together.

Modern homes should have a minimum of two bathrooms. Laundry rooms are standard and most homes now have Office rooms for paying bills and doing business.

Modern homes have bigger bedrooms and usually each person has his or her own room.

Kitchens are larger because we are larger. Dining rooms are going away as more homeowners opt to put in bars and islands in the kitchen that takes the place of Dining rooms. With all the different forms of entertainment, very few families sit down at a table to eat. The family room is taking the place of the Dining room and many people are installing entertainment systems in the kitchen.

Homes are evolving along with us. To make a home of value, we need to build our homes so they appeal to the majority of home buyers. We need to use a design-interior-style that will be sellable if we need it to be. interior kitchens interior bathrooms
