I had always wondered how-to-start-an-internet-business and I really wanted to share my house building knowledge with others for free. Now this website is very successful and I reach a lot of people.

This web site stuff seems too good to be true for most people. It's true that I'm making a full-time income and if I stay on course, I will be making a six-figure income in less than two years. Almost all of my income comes from companies or business's advertising budgets. I sell ad space and Google adsense is my best income by far. Plus, Google really loves information sites and it lists good quality info sites really high.

An info site can be about anything you want it to be about. After all, the Internet is called the "information super highway", not the commercial super highway. I guess that's why info sites rank higher than most commercial and business sites.

Business sites pay me to put their ads on my site through the Google network. That's how I make my income.

You really don't need to know anything about web site design because SiteBuildIt! has a very easy-to-use program. You only need to know about what your site is about. I spend my time writing about house building, not struggling with HTML.

Awhile back I went to Salt Lake City for Redbox training. I tried to tell some of the techs about my web site and Sitesell.com and they all thought it was a multi-level-market business. I showed them my Google earnings, which was a mistake. Man, people are so suspicious in Utah! Most people don't understand the Internet or Google adsense, so they're afraid of it.

Anyway, because of so many get-rich-quick schemes all around, I have a lot of difficulty explaining how I am successful building my own web site with tons of hard work. Nobody thinks it's possible, but I completely disagree and I have helped my family members and they are now enjoying the long-term benefits of hard work, mixed with modern ingenuity as they build their own websites.
