The placement of rocks and stones is important for the waterfall to look real. This is kind of an experiment with trial and error methods until you get it right. The idea here is to create a soft flow of water that cascades downward without crashing over rocks making it spill over the sides of the water feature structure.
Once you put it all together, it looks beautiful and natural. There are waterfall kits and pond kits you can buy that has everything you need to create beautiful water gardens.
