Income-opportunity-proven to be successful
This section is an income-opportunity-proven successful for those who would like some good ideas how to make extra money so they can get their houses built sooner. Of course, it works just fine for people that already have their homes built and just want a cool "earn extra income opportunity". Some of my other income-opportunity-proven methods can be found here:
My housebuilding website now earns over
$2,000 a month.
The irony is that I only made this site to share information with others, but now I make good money at it. It's not that hard at all and the time to do it is now. The opportunity to make good money on information sites won't be around much longer.

Here is a brilliant opportunity thought up by one of my best friends. His name is Gordy and he decided to sell accessories for mp3 players, cell phones, laptops, and many other items. He buys his items in bulk and sells them mostly on EBay. He has made a thriving business out of something he knows a lot about and really enjoys.Gordy is my inspiration when it comes to marketing on Ebay. Check out his site. He even offers a free ebook that tells how to start an Ebay business.

Your Own Print Shop This is a fun and profitable way to earn extra money. With the new high quality, low price printing equipment, you can start a good business for really cheap.
When my wife and I decided to start our own businesses, we knew that because we built our own home, we had a lot of equity. We weren't exactly made of money at the time, but we did have our home, so we talked to several loan brokers for the best deal on a home equity loan.
Now, down to business...

This is not exactly a manly man's business, but my wife was doing so well at it that I started to help her and got kind of addicted to it all. It's very fun and very profitable. She just found this website and decided to buy some jewelry because the prices were so good. All the jewelry is real and valuable, but it sells for around 10% of it's retail value.
One night she convinced me to consider it as a business so I looked at it. She showed me how she had earned like $2,000 in a few weeks with very little investment money. She would buy low and sell high, then buy twice as much as before at a low price and then sell high again. It was a great income-opportunity-proven by her.
She was making bank so I gave it a try. We still have some of the jewelry I originally bought, because it's so ugly it won't sell, but I eventually caught on. Hey, I'm a guy!
If you're wondering why the jewelry is so cheap at Bidz, here's the deal. Jewelry used to be expensive because raw materials like gold and jewels was hard to mine and difficult to tool. With modern machinery, the process goes faster and easier. There are also many different qualities of jewelry so they vary in price. Most of the diamonds in the world are controlled and monopolized by a single company, but those days are going away and we are seeing cheaper diamonds and a nice variety of colored diamonds that were concealed from most people. There is also a wonderful process where gemstones are now created in a lab. These are real and usually quite good. They can be created in a few hours instead of millions of years. Bidz is a real auction. There are no start up costs or fees. You just bid and buy. It's an income-opportunity-proven by us and we still do it. There are several bits of advice to help you get through the learning curve. Here they are: - Don't pay more than 10% retail value, Ebay buyers are cheap.
- Gold and White Gold sell quite well, Silver does not.
- Don't buy Cubic Zirconias, they don't make enough profit.
- Diamonds are good sellers, especially engagement sets.
- Mens rings sell well. You can pay a little more for them.
- Most of your inventory should be womens rings, size 7
- Diamonds,Rubies and Pink and Green Sapphires sell well.
- Don't be afraid to buy created gemstones. They sell fine.
- Citrines, Emeralds, Peridot, and Garnets don't sell well.
- Black and White pearls sell well in rings, not necklaces.
- Featured items are usually worth the extra cost on Ebay.
- Good price opportunities always come, stick with it.
- Watches don't sell good at all. Not worth the shipping.
Well that's all I can think of for the moment. Be sure to have a good inventory by September because the Christmas buyers pay a lot more for jewelry during the holidays. This is an income-opportunity-proven.
