Way awesome loan-mortgage-calculator

This is an awesome loan-mortgage-calculator made by one of my best friends. It's extremely useful for calculating amortization. You can see how much you'll pay over the life of the loan and how much principle and interest you'll pay for your home mortgage.

I needed a powerful mortgage calculator for my website and my friend Daris, a mathematician at BYU-Idaho University, just happened to have made one. Daris is the smartest guy I know. He's also a very gifted play writer. Be sure to check out his websites at:

This loan-mortgage-calculator gives a very close estimation for most home mortgage loans. There are many types of loans and some really creative types of financing and interest charges.

It's a good idea to go over the estimates before closing a home mortgage loan with the loan broker or service provider. Sometimes they will try to sneak in extra charges.

This also helps to decide if refinancing a loan is a good choice or a bad one.
