Wyoming actually ranks 47th out of 50 states for asbestos deaths. That's quite good in my opinion.
Still there are a few cases that are surfacing and there will be many more as workers get older.
Wyoming had a statute of limitations law about liability from asbestos, but it has been restructured to accomodate recent victims.
